About these terms

These terms apply when you use terpsis.app. By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Terpsis is run by an independent developer, not a company. Who is responsible for personal data, and how to reach them, is on the Privacy page.

The service

Terpsis is free and needs no account. It is provided “as is” and “as available”: features, games and data may change, pause or stop at any time, without notice.

Game information, scores and prices

Game information comes from public sources — Steam, OpenCritic, Metacritic, RAWG and IGDB — and is updated automatically, usually once a day. It can be incomplete, late or wrong.

Scores from OpenCritic, Metacritic and Steam belong to those sources. The Recommended Score is Terpsis’s own combination of critic and player signals: an opinion to help you choose, not a fact about the game.

Prices are Steam store prices for the United States, in US dollars, checked about once a day. Your price can differ by region, currency, taxes and sales. The store’s own page is always the final word before you buy.

Trademarks and game content

Game titles, covers, screenshots and trailers belong to their publishers and developers and are shown to identify the games. Steam and the Steam logo are trademarks or registered trademarks of Valve Corporation. OpenCritic, Metacritic, RAWG, IGDB, PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo Switch are trademarks of their respective owners.

Terpsis is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Valve, OpenCritic, Metacritic, RAWG, IGDB, platform holders or game publishers.

Links to other sites

Terpsis links to stores, review sites and video pages. Those sites have their own terms and privacy rules, and Terpsis does not control them. Terpsis earns nothing from these links today; if that ever changes, this page and the links will say so.

Fair use of the site

Please do not disrupt the site, try to break its security, or load it with automated traffic heavy enough to slow it down for others. Search engines and other well-behaved crawlers that follow robots.txt are welcome.

Corrections and removal requests

If information about a game is wrong, or you hold rights to something shown here and want it corrected or removed, write to us with the page address and what should change. We aim to answer within seven days and to act on valid requests promptly.

Liability

Terpsis is a guide, not a seller. To the extent the law allows, Terpsis is not liable for decisions you make based on the information here, such as a purchase, or for losses caused by the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law of your country that cannot be limited by agreement.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The date below shows the latest version; using the site after a change means you accept it.
